cannot start vm, getting error in pygrub

When i'm executing
xl create /etc/xen/config_vyos.cfg

to start vm i'm getting an error:

Am i doing something wrong?
What i need to do to get my vm working?
Any suggestions?

For pygrub to work, you need to install system using
builder = "hvm"
instead of
bootloader="pygrub"


and only after this, if system you installed supports pv, you can switch to pygrub and it'll work fine.
